Hi Wendy, Great recipes that work with my healthy food choices. I must try them soon. Been looking for a veggie burger recipe. Love the idea of quinoa included.

Oh look, read the comments and I see that one of my questions is already answered. I'm comforted to know I'm not the only one who doesn't know how to say KEEN-wah!

Your tag on twitter brought me to your site. You sound a little - ok a lot like me. PLUS a friend of mine just gave me my first bag of red quinoa (someday I 'll learn how to pronounce it) and I need to learn exactly what I can do with it.

Hi Erin! Thanks for letting me know. The techie powers that be are working on it. It has something to do with switching email providers. I believe it is fixed on most platforms and the others are being worked on.

A comment about your website - I am interested in the recipes, and wanted to look at them, but can't. Every 30 seconds or so it sends me to a screen that is all blank except for "9,361 subscribers, powered by MailChimp" in the top corner. Makes it impossible to really look at anything. I got sent to that and had to hit back 5 times to finish this comment.

Wendy,

Hi! My 16 year old son was looking for foods that would be healthy for an active, growing teen boy and we saw Quinoa mentioned. I had never heard of it, and still don't quite know how to pronounce it. In doing some research, I came across your website and decided to give it a try. I had a hard time finding it at the grocery store. I finally did find it at one of the stores I rarely go to and hope to find other sources of where to get it. Anyway, tonight I attempted my first recipe, the Quinoa and Black Beans. It was a great success! I loved it and can't wait to try more recipes. One problem though, it was so good that I went for seconds and now I feel stuffed! Apparently, it is very filling and needs to be eaten in moderation. That's a bummer! Thanks for your helpful site. I look forward to learning more about Quinoa (especially how to say it!)
