I'm crazy about quinoa ! My favourite breakfast feast is to cook it in the rice cooker with apple juice instead of water, and a cinnamon stick. I sprinkle a bit of brown sugar if i need a bit of something, and whne it's done I sprinkle dried cranberries and sliced almonds on top. Keeps me so full til lunch!

If your a vegetarian you can follow the diet..I will quote from the book: "If you're a 'lacto-ovo-vegetarian', you limt your protein to dairy products and eggs. That means you'll obtain your protein from probiotics like yougurt, eggs, and beans and legumes (depending on which Cycle you're on). 'Semi-vegetarians', who avoid red meat but eat fish or chicken, can easily follow the diet. 'Vegans' avoid all animal proteins. If you're a vegan, you can still follow the diet. simply use vegan meat substitues at meals for the protein and use a probiotic supplement in place of yogurt. The 17 Day Diet adapts to virtually any nutritional lifestyle"

Joanie, Thank you so much for your kind words and more importantly, congrats on your very impressive weight loss! Way to go! Is this the diet:

<a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1451648650?ie=UTF8&tag=httpwwwfin075-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=1451648650" rel="nofollow">The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=httpwwwfin075-20&l=as2&o=1&a=1451648650" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />

Is it vegetarian friendly at all or is it like the 4 hour Body and really difficult to follow if you don't eat meat? Thanks,
