Yes, that should be no problem. Most people don't realize it but dishes like this actually freeze quite well. So, you may want to make the dish and then freeze it in individual portions. Hope this helps, Wendy

To print just the recipe and directions my son told me this: Highlight the part you want and put it in a Text Edit / Word document/ Notepad. Then label and print. Then I can add multiple recipes on my Text Edit/ Notepad. Most computers have a 'notepad' on the desktop. Happy Health to you !

To print without all the other stuff...
Highlight the whole recipe, right click, and then click copy. Open Microsoft word, or works whichever you have, click on the page so the cursor is there. Right click so you see the list of choices and then click Paste. Your recipe should be there for you. Once here, you can print it out, and / or save it to your files. =3

By some small chance that you don't have a word processor on your computer, you can do the same in your email. That saves time if you are planning on sending the recipe to someone else, You can always copy to yourself and keep it there for later use, or print it out. Remember to save trees. Print only what you need.

I am also tecnologically- challenged, but when I went to print the recipe I selected (highlighted) just the recipe. Then I went to Print Preview and asked it to print just the selected portion. That worked for me.

Go to print preview before you actually choose print. Then arrow through the pages until you find the page with the recipe on it. Use that page number instead of printing "all". In this case the frittata recipe was on page 2.

I'll try to help with printing... You have to highlight the recipe only. Right click on the highlighted area and choose Print...
When the dialog box opens, under print range choose "selection" and click print. You can also start print dialog box from file menu.
OK
