To me, the best steak recipe is always a grilled steak recipe. I especially like cooking out in the fall when the weather starts to get cooler and much more pleasant. A great steak recipe, good friends and football…. Ahhh…what could be better? Football parties are coming soon and I can’t wait! No matter what your tastes are, grilled steak recipes are simply amazing.
I love this steak recipe because it is a meal in and of itself. Of course, you could make it with a quinoa recipe and it would be absolutely fabulous! From time to time I will take the grilled vegetables and make a warm quinoa salad with them.
This steak marinade is a great one and also works well with flank steak recipes. The wine really helps to tenderize the steak. (Don’t forget to save some red wine for drinking with the steak – even if you are eating healthy you have to indulge every now and then!)
For the best possible results, I highly recommend marinating your steak over night. This really gives the flavors the opportunity to combine. This recipe is a little splurge but worth it!
